Approval of any loan, credit facility, or capital raise is at the sole discretion of the relevant lender or capital provider. All information shared with Alvertic Capital in connection with a capital advisory mandate is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as may be required by law or as necessary to present your mandate to appropriate capital sources on your behalf.
